Chelsea forward Joao Pedro has been named the Premier League Player of the Month for August 2026 after making an outstanding start to the 2026/27 season. The Brazilian striker claimed the award for the first time in his career after playing a key role in Chelsea's opening Premier League victories.

Joao Pedro registered two goals and two assists during Chelsea's opening two league matches, producing four goal contributions as the Blues made a perfect start to their campaign.
